In the shadowed streets of Karachi, a quiet detective for hire and his spirited partner, Zaqir, are drawn into a murder that seems to have no clear motive, leading them through a maze of criminals, fractured testimonies, and buried secrets. Far away, a young boy grows up in a rural Philippine village as his family slowly unravels around him, leaving him with memories he cannot understand and a past he cannot escape. As the detective closes in on the truth, fragments of the boy’s childhood begin to surface, until a final revelation forces the two lives together, turning a murder investigation into a confrontation with the history that shaped him
