Hank Krinkle is a socially isolated content moderator who spends his days policing the most depraved corners of the internet while caring for his abusive, dying father. When Hank’s desperate search for a black-market kidney draws him into an underground world of sex work, conspiracy and algorithmic manipulation, the boundaries between the digital world and reality begin to collapse.
