One Hot Summer (1996)

A group of young college men spend a summer interning for the prestigious Kingsley Institute. A horny resident ghost "zaps" the guys with erotic images, producing immediate hard-ons! 8 bewildered Romeos stand up and stroke off at his bidding. See Rick Chase work over tight-torso'd Austin Reeves in the courtyard with wet tongue-in-cheek action and slow backdoor strokes. Our naughty phantom even has the beefcake gardener (Logan Reed) in on the action...Logan plants his thick tool between Mike Lofton's lips, then sows hot seed in his sphincter! Who could blame them for their boners?
